How the process works

Phase 1 – Information
Fill out the contact form to redesign your current website or a whole new website. Make sure the FREE Website option is selected and then proceed from there.

Phase 2 – Changes
A link to preview your website will be emailed to you within a few business days. Once you approve the design, select a plan and pay your first recurring invoice. After, we’ll begin changing images and content per your request.

Phase 3 – Launch
The last phase is launch day! Before anybody can visit your website, a final checklist has to be made. Some of the items on the checklist will be your chosen domain name and/or email setup. And that’s it, congratulations on your FREE website!

Is there a catch?
There’s no catch at all! The cost and labor to make your website will be free of charge, a value worth $1000-$5000 and up. The only thing you’re paying for is a monthly or yearly hosting and maintenance plan, which is required to keep the website up and running smoothly.
How do you offer something that cost so much for free?
That’s a really important question but easy to answer: experience. With over a decade of experience, our process has gone through countless trial and error. Through repetition, we’ve refined and streamlined our craft. Times can be tough so in a way, this opportunity can be a lifeline for a new or current business/organization.
What is included in the free website?
The free website will be a brochure (informational) based website with multiple pages; such as home, about, services, and contact. E-commerce based websites and/or requests that are too technical and requiring more time will be billed separately. Most basic features not listed will be included, for example a gallery, donation, calendar, maps, etc.
How do I update the content on my website after it’s launched?
Everything is managed for you, from domain renewals to fighting off daily cyber attacks. Just send an email to [email protected] with a list of updates needed and we’ll update the content for you within a few or more business days. Priority is given to those with Tier 2 and Tier 3 hosting plans.
I live in a different country, how do I pay you?
We use Wave for our invoicing and billing system which will invoice you in your local currency. Acceptable payments are debit/credit card, secure bank payment (ACH/EFT), or Apple Pay. When you use the contact form, please include your country in the Notes box if you are outside of United States of America.
What if I want isn’t listed in the available plans?
Hosting plans comes with more features depending on which tier you choose. If you have particular needs then lets talk.
I want to move my website and manage it myself, is this possible?
Yes of course! We do have to charge you a one-time $50 migration fee since we’ll need to remove certain features before handing over the assets to you, which requires a bit of labor. The migration fee only applies to customers that are signed up to one of the monthly plans.
